David Headrick focuses his practice on business and entrepreneurial law, real estate and construction law, and estate planning. He has a diverse array of clients, and emphasis careful planning and conflict resolution on every level.
Mr. Headrick was born in Greeneville, Tennessee. He worked from approximately 1995 to 2003 in the construction industry as a project manager to engineering and surveying firms. He received his undergraduate degree with honors in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Headrick graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with honors in 2006 as an Omnicron Delta Kappa Scholar. While attending U.T., he was an editor on the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He also worked as an attorney in the Legal Clinic, later receiving the distinguished student/attorney service award for his role therein.
Mr. Headrick also has significant litigation experience. In 2005, he clerked for the Honorable James H. Jarvis, Senior District Court Judge. He has also clerked and worked for distinguished litigation firms in downtown Knoxville.
